to the Montana party!

You’re invited to a boot scootin’ boogie to celebrate our marriage! We’re exchanging vows in a private ceremony, but would love for you to join us at a party to kick off the marital bliss.
It only felt right to have a western-themed celebration, so break out your bolo ties and cowboy boots and get yourselves to Montana. The party will be held on Saturday, August 9th at Pax Peak in Lakeside. We love your kids, but this is an adults-only event. Attire is western chic - think cocktail attire but with a cowboy twist! This is an all out western-themed party so have fun with it. Shuttle information to come soon.
If you find yourself in town early, we’ll be hosting a lake day at a cabin on Flathead Lake on Friday, August 8th, starting at noon. Swim, eat, boat and enjoy one of Chad’s famous tiki cocktails while overlooking the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi! We’ll start at noon and will be hanging out all afternoon. Come and go as you please. Your kids are welcome to join us at this event.
On Friday night at 8pm, the adults will head to the Spinnaker for an evening of karaoke and mozzarella sticks. Warm up those vocal chords.

Travel
Lodging: We reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western Flathead Lake (4824 US 93). However, we’d encourage you to find an AirBnb in Lakeside or Somers as the options are bountiful and the lake properties aplenty! Another great motel option is the Somers Bay Cabins. Flathead Lake is a popular area in the summer, so we recommend booking sooner rather than later.
Airport: The closest airport is Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell (FCA). If you want to make a road trip out of it, you could also fly into Missoula (~two hours away) or Bozeman (~five hours away or four hours if you drive as fast as Chad).
Transportation: We recommend renting a car because Uber/Lyft is sparse. We’ll offer a shuttle to/from the Best Western and Lakeside on the evening of the western party. If you’d like to book a car service for an airport pickup or perhaps a bar pickup, we recommend 406 Rides.
